Videos and instructions were written for the timing of the expert level on the collector's edition of the game.  

Level 61

1. Send 4 workers to the farm and the forestry.
2. Remove all fallen trees and obstructions.
3. Build 3 cottages and upgrade.
4. Build 4th cottage and add garden
5. Remove workers in forestry at 100 wood
6. Build bank.
7. Build the market and buy 250 food
8. Demolish the market
9. Pay glutton 500 food and open the chest
10. Pay the pirate 5000 gold and open the chest
     

Level 62

There are two ways to do this.  The first is the video's way.  The second is the obvious way.  Both work equally as well.

1. Pay the pirate 2000 gold.
2. Upgrade 2 cottages.
3. Repair the bridge to the villas for 1000 wood.
4. Build the market and buy food.
5. Demolish a cottage.
6. Build bank
7. Add garden for 4 cottages.
8. Build a dovecote.
9. Prepare 600-700 food, then demolish the market.
10. Build another dovecote.
11. Buy doves at both dovecotes.
12. Start hiring workers (need a total of 19)
13. Cheer the left leprechaun
14. Pick berries as needed
15. Demolish the two un-upgraded cottages
16. Build 2 sawmills
17. Produce 2000 wood.
18. Repair 2 tents
19. Demolish sawmills
20. Build 2 cabins
21. Hold festivals to finish.

Level 62 - obvious way

1. Pay pirate
2. Upgrade 4 cottages
3. Build bridge to mansions at bottom
4. Destroy one cottage
5. Build market and buy food
6. Build bank
7. Build sawmill and buy 3000 wood
8. Build gardens in 4 cottages
9. Will need to buy a total of 25 workers (I just bought food rather than picking it)

Level 63

1. Demolish a chalet and build the sawmill.
2. Buy 100 wood to build the bridge.
3. Send 4 workers to the farms.
4. Buy 50 wood, then demolish the sawmill.
5. Hire 2 workers (to 8)
6. Build a chalet.
7. Add garden for all chalets.
8. Cheer up the leprechaun at top and open the chest
9. Pay the pirate at the bottom 10000 gold and open chest
10. Build the market and buy food for gluttons (50, 500, 1000)
11. Pay the pirate 1 gold and 5000 gold.
12. Rebuild the Polling Place.
13. Pay the pirate 10000 gold. And open the treasure chest.
14. Build the bridges top and bottom.
15. Demolish the market.
16. Build the dovecote and buy 2 doves.
17. Pay the pirate 20000 gold.
18. Cheer up the leprechaun
