Opening Story:

In Fear for Sale Nightmare Cinema, you are summoned by the fiancee of a coworker who has gone mysteriously missing. She thinks it has something to do with a strange ticket they both received inviting them to a movie premiere at an old abandoned theater. Armed with this knowledge, you attempt to do some snooping and quickly discover that not all is as it should be. Can you find a way to put an end to this screening before it's light's out for you and the rest of the theater patrons? General Tips for Fear for Sale Nightmare Cinema

Difficulty - Four modes: Casual, Normal, Hard, and Custom. In Casual Mode, sparkles will indicate active areas, the skip and hint button will charge quickly, and there is no penalty for excessive clicks. In Normal Mode, sparkles will indicate active areas, the skip and hint buttons will charge slowly, and there is a penalty for excessive clicks. In Hard Mode, there are no sparkles, no hint and skip buttons, and a penalty for excessive clicks. In Custom Mode, you design your gameplay and set your difficulty preferences yourself.

Chat Bubble - When your cursor turns into a chat bubble, it means you can talk to that person.

Beyond Objects - There are 66 beyond objects to collect as you play!

Magnifying Glass - When your cursor turns into a magnifying glass, it means you can zoom in and take a closer look on an area.

Hand - When your cursor turns into a hand, it means you can pick the object up and add it to your inventory or interact with an object in some way.

Diary - Your diary can be found in the lower left hand corner of your screen. Game notes and observations that you make throughout the adventure can be found here. You can also access the collections screen.

Collections - In addition to beyond objects, you can also find various items that belong in different collections.

Inventory -  Your inventory can be found at the bottom of your screen. Hover your mouse over it to bring it up. Click the padlock to lock it in place.

Hints -  The hint button is found in the lower right hand corner of your screen. Click here if you're stuck. Just remember, the button takes time to charge before you can use it again.

Menu -  The menu button is located at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.

Hidden Object Scenes - Hidden object scenes will sparkle. Items in green will require an extra step in order to find them.

Navigation Cursor - When your cursor turns into an arrow, it means you can move in that direction.

Mini-games - During mini-games, if you can't figure out the puzzle or don't feel like trying to solve it, you can click the skip button to skip the puzzle and move on as soon as it charges.

Map - The map is located in the bottom right of your screen. Click an area to fast travel to a location.
