This game has a tutorial that gives good instructions and gives you plentiful time.
HINTS & TIPS
Worker Movement: Workers can only do 1 action at a time. They can start work while they are walking away from their last job. The fastest way to work is to send a Worker to a job, then select next job that you want to do and wait until the grayed out activity turns green. Also you can tell when you have sent a Worker to a particular spot because there is a green hat over that stall. A red hand truck sign means your stall needs more ingredients. A green hand truck sign indicates stalls with ingredients that you need when you click on fetch ingredients.
Stall Capacity: Farmers and Vendors cannot hold more than 9 of each item. It is possible to have 9 Milks, 9 Flour, and 9 Bread in the Bread Bakery. When you fetch ingredients for a vendor, the Worker will only pick up the amount that will bring the input to 9 at the vendor. The Worker will take the entire product available at a farm to the vendor if the vendor has room. You can click on a vendor to see how much of each input product is available. At times you may want to even out your input in a free moment by just fetching the ingredient that is in short supply. This will allow you to get the ingredients into production as quickly as possible. You can (and should) fetch ingredients before you run out completely.
Stall placement: Try to think about minimizing your Worker’s steps by placing the farm stalls in close proximity. Example: You need Hamburgers and Cheese Fries. In the middle place your cheese dairy and on one side build a Miller, Bread Bakery, Beef Butcher, and Hamburger Stand. On the other side, build your Potato Farmer, Corn Oil Farmer, and Cheese Fry Stand.
Timer: The timer starts you start your first action. Interestingly, you can start a level and sell stuff but still not start the timer until you actually do something. The timer (and action) does not stop while you are in the menu deciding what you want to buy next. The only way to stop the game play is to hit the pause button.
Upgraded farmer stalls: Upgraded farmer stalls produce the initial product and the upgraded product as quickly as the initial product alone. So if you need cheese and milk, one Cheese Dairy will do the trick.
Upgraded vendor stands: Also you can directly upgrade a vendor over another one, like Hamburgers to Cheeseburgers, and not lose the ingredients they have in common. This is an especially good strategy if you need money. Start making Hot Dogs and then upgrade to burgers when you can. The only thing you will lose is the Pork in the Hot Dog Stand.
Fast food stands: Fast food requires a three step process. You need to make Bread before you can make the fast food, and the Butcher has a longer cycle than the others. So a good build order is Miller, Milk Dairy, Pork Butcher (upgrade to Beef Butcher if needed), the Bread Bakery and so on.
Goals: Beware of beginning goals that are less than 4. Starting at level 15, additional goals will be added on as you finish an earlier goal. So if you have only 2 goals, be prepared to get another 2 later on. If you’re not following the walkthrough closely, you will probably want to restart the level once you see what is needed and then make sure you have the ingredients on hand that you will need later.
Judging Booth: The Judging Booth will become vital for levels that have larger money goals. Always judge the sell goal items and then judge the most expensive other items next. You need to have 1 in stock at the stall to judge them.
Money Goals: You have to stay at the money goal amount to keep your check mark. If you go below again, you will lose that check mark.
Customer Goals: You have to only reach this number once. You don’t have to keep your customer count up throughout the rest of the level. Build all the stalls you need to complete the other goals and then build Bandstands. Also be sure to keep your trash from overflowing because that will scare away customers faster than anything. If you still don’t meet your customer goal after building Bandstands on empty plots, start tearing down unnecessary stalls one at a time and build Bandstands until you reach the customer goal.

14. Upgrade Fry Stand to Cheese Fry Stand when you get $100 and fetch some cheese
15. Build Drink Stand

17. Build Hot Dog Stand and upgrade to Cheeseburger Stand
18. Build Bandstand
19. Hire 3rd Worker and 3rd Trashcan
20. Now get in a groove and just fetch for each stand in order, such as Cheese Fries, Bread Bakery, empty all trash, Hot Dogs, Cheeseburgers, Bread Bakery, empty all trash, and deliver drinks when needed. If you do it this way, you do not have to think and you’ll keep up with everything. Fill the stands whether they need it or not. Also note each stand has its own input. You should hit all the goals fairly close to each other, but it will still be pretty close at the end.

Goal: Earn $800
Start with: $250, 1 Worker, 1 Judging Booth, 1 Trashcan
1. The key is to judge everything while you are waiting for money to build the next stall
2. Build Sugar Farmer and upgrade to Chocolate Farmer
3. Build Egg Farmer and judge chocolate and eggs while waiting for money
4. Build Milk Dairy
5. Build Ice Cream Stand and upgrade to Chocolate Ice Cream Stand
6. Upgrade Milk Dairy to Butter Dairy
7. Build Miller
8. Build Pie Stand and upgrade to Chocolate Creme Pie
9. Hire 2nd Worker and build Drink Stand
10. Build 2nd Sugar Farmer and upgrade to Chocolate Farmer
11. Buy 2 Bandstands
12. If you want, hire a 3rd Worker and build 2nd Trashcan
Level 59
Goal: 15 BBQ Chicken and 15 Chicken Pot Pies, Earn $3000, Reach 18 customers
Start with: $250, 3 Egg Farmers, 1 Worker, 3 Trashcans
1. Upgrade 1 Egg Farmer to Chicken Farmer
2. Build Sugar Farmer
3. Build Miller and upgrade to Spice Farmer
4. Leave space for BBQ Chicken Stand and build Corn Farmer and upgrade to Potato Farmer
5. Build Milk Dairy and upgrade to Butter Dairy
6. Upgrade 2nd Egg Farmer to Chicken Farmer
7. When you get $300, build BBQ Chicken Stand and fetch ingredients
8. When you get $200, build Pie Stand and upgrade to Pot Pie Stand
9. Hire 2nd Worker and build Drink Stand
10. Fill the rest of the spots with Bandstands and be sure not to let the trash build up and scare away the customers.
11. Finish up
Level 60
Goal: Sell 12 Cheeseburgers, 12 Chocolate Chip Waffle Stand, 12 Chocolate Creme Pies, Reach 20 customers
Start with $500, 3 Workers, 2 Bandstands, 8 Trashcans
1. Build Miller
2. Build Milk Dairy and upgrade to Cheese Dairy
3. Leave space for Bread Bakery
4. Build Pork Butcher and upgrade to Beef Butcher
5. Leave space for Cheeseburger Stand
