Opening Story: 

In Spirits of Mystery The Dark Minotaur, you once again assume the role of the lovely and brave princess, but this time it's your magical animal friends that are in trouble. An evil witch Mortis and her henchman Isa wish to harness the animals' extraordinary powers to summon a dark beast to the land. Now you must begin a quest in search of each animal friend. General Tips for Playing Spirits of Mystery The Dark Minotaur

Difficulty Settings - There are three difficulty settings in this game, casual, advanced, and Brave Princess. Casual is for new or casual players who want a more relaxing experience; it includes sparkles in active zones and a quickly charging hint and skip button. Advanced is for a little more challange; there are no sparkles and the hint and skip  button takes longer to charge. Brave Princess mode is strictly for professioanls. No sparkles, no tips, and the skip and hint button charge very slowly. 

Hand Cursor - When your cursor turns into a hand, it means you can pick up an item and add it to your inventory or interact with an item in some way. 

Magnifying Glass Icon - When your cursor turns into a magnifying glass, it means you can zoom in on an area to get a closer look. 

Inventory - Your inventory can be found at the bottom of the screen. Just hover your mouse over that area to bring it up. To lock it in place, just click on the padlock at the top of the bar. 

Arrow Pointers - These will appear when you are able to move to another screen. Click on it to move. 

Diary - Your diary will store all the important notes you take during your adventure. It will also store your objectives so if you're stuck and not sure what to do, it's always a good idea to check out your diary. 

Hints - Hints can be found in the lower right hand corner of your screen. Click here if you're stuck. Just remember, these take time to charge before you can use it again.  

Hidden Object Scenes - Hidden Object Areas will sparkle. Items in green will require an extra step in order to find them. 

Puzzles/Mini-Games - During puzzles or mini-games, the help bar will provide more information on how to solve it. The skip button will allow you to skip the puzzle entirely. The skip button takes time to charge.
