Be Richer: General Information


GENERAL INFORMATION AND TIPS:

  • Take as long as you want to complete a level, there is no set time limit; however you will receive bonus points when a level is completed within the expert time limit. Thus giving you more money to purchase managers.
  • There are 6 Sandbox levels and 40 career levels.
  • Each level starts when the initial conversation has ended.
  • There are many solutions for completing each level.
  • You can restart a level at anytime by selecting the menu button; then select restart.
  • The headquarters on every level can have 5 trucks before the headquarters is upgraded. When the headquarters is completely upgraded, you can purchase up to 21 trucks total.
  • Hover the mouse over buildings and projects to receive a pop-up window that gives information about the building or project. If you hover your mouse over a building that is behind another building, the building in the forefront will fade.
  • Buildings that have a wrench icon over them need repairs. Rent is not collected when a building is in need of repairs.
  • Rent is not collected when a building is for sale.
  • Rent strikes can occur when there is no commercial building coverage on the rental property. You can either construct a commercial building nearby or negotiate with the renters and receive a lower rent income from that building.
  • Commercial buildings bring rent and special abilities. Special abilities take time to fill and refill. Select the star icon on the commercial buildings to run a special which brings additional income.
  • VIP bonuses are available when residential buildings are placed in the green range of commercial buildings. Select the icon to receive additional income. Each commercial building has a different icon that randomly appears on a residential building.

  • Some levels will have a large construction project that needs to be completed during the level. You'll have to pay a specific amount to start the construction project; then construction trucks will need to be assigned to the project. The more trucks assigned to the project the faster the project will be completed. On these levels it's best to upgrade the headquarters to the maximum level and purchase all 21 trucks available. There will also be a special event or delivery that will need to be activated after the project construction is complete. The special events or deliveries take around 3 days to complete.
  • Run down residences can either be restored or demolished.
  • Roads can be demolished or built on all levels. It doesn't cost money to demolish or build roads. Run down roads make the construction vans move slower. A road icon will appear over a building if the construction vans can't access the building. Build a road to the building so the construction vans can access the building.
  • When there is a population goal, only the population from the buildings you own is applied to the goal.
  • Some brush, grass and trees can be removed with the bulldozer. Sometimes there is a premium lot underneath.
  • Empty lots that are for sale will sometimes pulse before a structure is built on them.

 

MANAGERS:

  • You can hire different managers to assist in construction efficiency, added tenants in rental properties, higher commercial income along with many other options.
  • There are usually more managers than slots for managers available, chose wisely.
  • There are 2 manager slots initially and as you progress through the levels there will be up to 6 slots available.
  • The recommended managers to have are increased tenants, decreased home incidents, commercial property increase and speed of construction. As long as you replace the roads as soon as they start to deteriorate, the need for those managers isn't necessary. Remember, it doesn't cost to replace the roads, it just takes extra clicking.

Sheldon Kravitz ($20,000) – The rate of construction is increased by 10%
Clint Ross ($10,000) – The speed of construction teams' vans increased by 15%
Ronald Ace ($40,000) – Houses are sold 20% faster
Janice Bailey ($50,000) – The number of residents in residential buildings is increased by 2.
Mark Hays ($75,000) – The speed of construction teams' vans is increased by 30%.
Stan Morris ($100,000) – Probability of home incidents is decreased by 20%.
Glenn Randers ($120,000) – Your roads will deteriorate 30% slower.
Norman Gekko ($150,000) – Analyst advice is available in the Stock Exchange Building.
Jessica Foster ($200,000) – The commercial structure income is increased by 20%.
Mannie Cooper  ($250,000) – Cost of home upgrades decreased by 20%.
Patrick Simpson ($300,000) – The probability of home incidents is decreased by 50%.
Maria Darwood ($500,000) – The rate of construction is increased by 20%.
Randy Cooper ($750,000) – Your roads will not deteriorate.
Patrick Simpson ($1,000,000) – Your houses will not need repair.

ABOUT THE WALKTHROUGH:

  • The steps included for the walkthrough are only one solution for receiving expert time on all levels. There are many more solutions that the ones listed.
  • Buildings that come up for sale on each level are random, therefore there may need to be some adjusting of the steps for each level.
  • If the level steps don't work, try using different managers to complete the level. The managers used the most throughout the walkthrough were mangers that decreased the cost of home upgrades, decrease in residential repairs, construction rate increase, commercial income increase, and residential tenant increase. Generally, I stayed away from the road repairs as it is easy to replace the roads at no cost.

WATFORD

LEVEL 1: TUTORIAL-constructing and upgrading houses
Goals: Construct 2 Houses; Upgrade 2 Houses

LEVEL 2: TUTORIAL –commercial property and commercial property special abilities; selling and buying houses; decorations
Goals: Grocery Store; Sell the house; Own 2 Townhouses

LEVEL 3: TUTORIAL-constructing roads; demolishing properties and terrain;
Goals: Build the road for the construction teams; Pizzeria; Daily income $4,000

LEVEL 4: (purchase lots and Cottage available)
Goals: Own two 2-star townhouses; Own two cottages; Population 35
Expert Time: 12 days

  • Purchase the 2 lots that are for sale.
  • Build a Pizzeria near the home that refuses to pay rent until a commercial property is built nearby or the rent is negotiated.
  • Construct 2 Townhouses.
  • Build a grocery store for added income.
  • Demolish the run-down detached houses or renovate and sell.
  • Collect any special bonuses and activate the special abilities on the commercial properties when available.
  • Construct 2 Cottages.
  • Upgrade the two Townhouses to 2-stars each.
  • Upgrade the two Cottages to 1 star each to reach the population goal OR purchase additional residential properties.

  • Start the zoo construction and assign 1 construction van.
  • Construct a Pizzeria near the bottom of the scene where the attendance is the highest.
  • Construct a Cottage near the Pizzeria.
  • Construct a Grocery Store near the Pizzeria.
  • Construct 2 more Cottages.
  • Construct a Grocery Store or Pizzeria near the Cottage that was built last.
  • Construct another Cottage.
  • Collect any special bonuses and activate the special abilities on the commercial properties when available.
  • Upgrade the three Cottages to 2-stars each while purchasing additional construction vans.
  • Upgrade the Company headquarters and purchase additional construction vans.
  • Assign all but one construction van to the zoo.
  • The zoo needs to be completed by day 27 in order to achieve the expert time as it takes 3 days for the lion to be delivered.
  • Order the lion.

  • Place decorations, especially fountains, busts and small parks around the residences until the Appearance reaches 60.

  • Purchase the lot that is for sale.
  • Purchase another construction van.
  • Renovate the dilapidated dwellings.
  • Construct a Pizzeria to the right of the top renovated dwelling; leave space for a Standard Apartment for later.
  • Remove some of the palm trees and brush below and to the left of the company headquarters.
  • Construct 3 Villas.
  • Construct a hotel.
  • Construct a Standard Apartment and upgrade 3 times.
  • Upgrade one of the Villas to two-stars.

  • Assign 1 construction van to the mall construction.

  • Construct 2 Standard Apartments.

  • Construct a Hotel and a Grocery Store.
  • Remove some of the trees and brush below the mall site.
  • Construct 3 Villas and upgrade to 2 stars each.
  • Upgrade one of the Villas to three-stars.
  • Purchase additional construction vans and assign to the mall.
  • Upgrade the Company Headquarters and purchase additional construction vans.
  • Assign additional construction vans to the mall.
  • Host an opening ceremony at the mall after mall construction is complete.

LEVEL 11:
Goals: Build a Stock Exchange ($40,000); $300,000 in your bank account
Expert Time: 25 Days

  • After the Stock Exchange is constructed, there will be a green arrow pointing up or a red arrow pointing down on the building. The green up arrow signifies the stocks are up and the red down arrow indicates the stocks are down. Invest ½ to 2/3 of your bank account into the stocks when there is a green up arrow and take out your money when there is a red down arrow.
  • There isn't a need to construct very many residential buildings. Concentrate more on constructing commercial buildings near the apartments.
  • Construct a Hotel to the left of the Company Headquarters.
  • Construct a Stock Exchange.
  • Remove some of the brush and trees behind the apartments and construct a Pizzeria.
  • Construct 3 Standard Apartments close to the hotel and pizzeria.
  • Construct a Grocery Store near the Pizzeria.
  • Stop constructing any more buildings or residences and wait for the money to accumulate or sell 1-2 apartment buildings while investing in the Stock Exchange when favorable.

MILL VALLEY

LEVEL 12:
Goals: Finish the highway; Daily Income $65,000
Expert Time: 25 Days

  • You can wait to construct the highway or do so in the beginning. It may be easier to construct the highway first so as not to block the area with any buildings.
  • Run the special on the Hotel that is given at the beginning of the level.
  • Build a road between the Hotel and the apartment building, and then demolish part of the road around the Headquarters in order to allow additional room for building. See screenshot for demolition and building areas.
  •  Construct a Villa and purchase another construction van.
  • Construct a Pizzeria and a Grocery Store.
  • Construct 3 more Villas.
  • Upgrade 3 Villas to three-stars.

LEVEL 13:
Goals: Modern Apartment ($80,000); Population 60; Daily Income $70,000
Expert Time: 20 Days

  • Purchase a construction van, as it takes 4 construction vans to build a Modern Apartment and there are only 3 available at the beginning of the level. A Modern Apartment has 16 residents.
  • Construct a Modern Apartment to the left of the headquarters and upgrade 1 time.
  • Construct a Hotel next to the Modern Apartment.
  • Demolish a tree next to the Standard Apartments and construct a Pizzeria.
  • Construct another Modern Apartment next to the Hotel.
  • Construct 2 more Modern Apartments.

Goals: Own Two Modern Apartments on Premium Lots; Buy the Motel ($92,500); Daily Income $75,000

  • There is an option to invest in the Stock Exchange without constructing the Stock Exchange. There is no need to purchase any lots.
  • Construct a Modern Apartment on a Premium Lot below the Motel.
  • Construct a Pizzeria and a Grocery Store near the Modern Apartment.
  • Upgrade the Modern Apartment and decorate to increase the rent from the Modern Apartment.
  • Construct another Modern Apartment above the Motel on the Premium lot.
  • Purchase the Motel.
  • Construct 2 additional Modern Apartments or build 1 additional Modern Apartment and decorate the existing Modern Apartments to reach daily income goal.

  • Remove the trees and decorations above and to the left of the headquarters and construct a road.

LEVEL 17:
Goals: Own 3 three-star Villas with Swimming Pools; Appearance 100; Daily Income $100,000
Expert Time: 20 Days

  • Remove enough of the brush and trees below the golf course to construct a Villa.
  • Construct a Villa on the premium lot below the golf course and add a pool.
  • Construct a Hotel to the right and across the road from the newly constructed Villa.
  • Purchase the premium lot for sale that is on the left.
  • Construct 2 Villas. One on the newly purchased premium lot and the other to the right of it and add a swimming pool in the middle of the 2 Villas.
  • Construct a Pizzeria above the 2 Villas.
  • Purchase a construction van.
  • Remove the rest of the brush and trees below the golf course and construct a Modern Apartment.
  • Upgrade the Headquarters and purchase additional vans.
  • Upgrade the Villas to three-stars each and upgrade the Modern Apartment to 1 star.
  • Add decorations until the appearance is at 100 or better.

  • Construct a Day Spa in the lower right of the scene between 2 Standard Apartments.
  • Construct a Modern Apartment on the premium lot.
  • Construct a Hotel and Pizzeria to the right of the Modern Apartment.
  • Remove the trees and small park and construct a short road above the Modern Apartment and construct another Modern Apartment.
  • Remove the trees and small park and construct another short road above the Standard Apartment to the left of the Day Spa and construct a Grocery Store.
  • Construct another Modern Apartment above the Standard Apartment.
  • Remove the long road going left and right and build another road up 1 square on the grid.
  • Construct another Modern Apartment above the other Modern Apartments.
  • Upgrade the Headquarter and purchase additional construction vans.
  • Upgrade all 4 Modern Apartments to three-stars.

LEVEL 19:
Goals: Own a Day Spa with at least 100 attendees; Daily Income $120,000
Expert Time: 25 Days

  • Purchase the 2 lots for sale.
  • Remove the trees and billboard along the bottom of the top road.
  • Construct a Hotel behind the Headquarters.
  • Restore the 2 Townhomes and sell.
  • Construct a Modern Apartment close to the Hotel.
  • Construct the Day Spa across from the hotel. Leave enough room to the left or the right of the Day Spa for another Modern Apartment.
  • Construct 2 more Modern Apartment in the green range of the Day Spa.
  • Upgrade the Modern Apartments to 3 stars each. 3 Modern Apartments upgraded to three-stars each should give you enough rent to meet the rental goal and a large enough population to meet the Day Spa attendance goal.

Expert Time: 30 Days

  • Purchase the premium lot for sale.
  • Construct a road near the headquarters leading to the other roads.
  • Construct a Stock Exchange near the Headquarters. Invest in the Stock exchange when favorable.
  • Construct a Hotel and Pizzeria near the Standard Apartments on the left of the scene.
  • Construct a Modern Apartment on the premium lot.
  • Construct a Day Spa in front of the Modern Apartment.
  • Construct 2 additional Modern Apartments along the top of the scene.
  • Purchase another construction van.
  •  Construct an Opera House in the middle section of the scene.

LEVEL 21:
Goals: Build a Square; Appearance 150; Daily Income $140,000
Expert Time: 15 Days

  • This is by far the most difficult level thus far to achieve expert time. You'll need to purchase properties in order to meet the expert time.
  • Option to invest in the Stock Exchange is available without constructing the building.
  • The lot covered with brush to the left of the Stock Exchange is a premium lot.
  • The open square area in the middle of the scene is the perfect location for a square.
  • Remove the tree below the sculpture and construct a road to connect the roads.
  • Construct a Modern Apartment on the premium lot on the left of the square area.
  • Purchase properties as they the funds and properties become available.
  • Construct a Hotel to the right of the sculpture.
  • Construct a Pizzeria to the right of the Hotel.
  • Place the square in the square area to increase the rent of the Modern Apartment along with future residences.
  • Construct another Modern Apartment on the top premium lot.
  • Place the highest priced decorations next to the residential properties to increase rent and appearance. Placing 2 squares will significantly increase the appearance rating.
  • Upgrade and or build additional properties to reach the rental goal.

LEVEL 22:
Goals: Own 3 Villas; Own 3 Modern Apartments; Daily Income $145,000
Expert Time: 20 Days

  • 3 three-star Villas and 3 three-star Modern Apartments plus one additional purchased residential property will meet or exceed the rental goal.
  • Remove the brush in the upper left corner to make room for a Hotel. Construct a Hotel.
  • Clear more brush either to the left or north of the Hotel and then construct a Modern Apartment.
  • Construct a Villa to the right of the Hotel.
  • Remove 2 trees and construct another Villa just below the other Villa.
  • Purchase another construction van and upgrade the Headquarters. Then purchase 5 additional construction vans.
  • Remove move brush in the upper left of the scene and construct 2 more Modern Apartments.
  • Construct another Villa to the right of the headquarters.
  • Construct a Pizzeria behind the headquarters.
  • Upgrade the 3 Modern Apartments and the 3 Villas to three stars while purchasing another property.

LEVEL 23: (Sandbox Snow Valley available after completion along with an additional Manager slot)
Goals: Build the Water Park ($75,000); Host the opening ceremony; Daily Income $140,000
Expert Time: 30 Days

  • Construct a Day Spa underneath the Modern Apartments. Leave room on each side of the Day Spa for a Modern Apartment on each side.
  • Construct 2 Modern Apartments on each side of the Day Spa. (The screenshot shows a Pizzeria to the right of the top Modern Apartment. In order to do this you'll need to demolish a couple of squares on the grid connect a road on the left side of the scene
  • Construct another Modern Apartment on the premium lot to the left of the headquarters.
  • Remove the fountain to the left of the headquarters and construct a Hotel and a Grocery Store.
  • Construct another Modern Apartment to the right of the headquarters.
  • Purchase another construction van and upgrade the headquarters and then purchase additional construction vans.
  • Purchase the Water Park and assign as many construction vans as possible.
  • Upgrade the headquarters to the maximum level and purchase additional construction vans.
  • Assign additional vans to the Water Park until the maximum number of vans are assigned.
  • Upgrade the Modern Apartments to three-stars each.
  • Purchase (will be faster) or build another residential property to achieve the rental goal. You may also need to construct an additional business or negotiate the rent depending on the additional property location.

EDISON ISLAND

LEVEL 24:
Goals: High-Rise ($150,000 and 5 construction vans); Daily Income $150,000
Expert Time: 20 Days

  • There is no need to purchase the premium empty lots.
  • Construct a Day Spa behind the top Modern Apartment on the left; leave room on each side of the Day Spa for a Modern Apartment and a High-Rise.
  • Construct a Modern Apartment on either side of the Day Spa.
  • Purchase a construction van.
  • Remove the square located between the 2 Modern Apartments and construct a Hotel and Pizzeria (you'll need to connect the road)
  • Construct 3 High-Rises around the Day Spa.
  • Purchase properties as they the funds and properties become available.
  • Upgrade 2 High-Rises to one-star and 1 High-Rise to two-stars OR purchase additional properties.

Goals: Build 2 High-Rises; Daily Income $160,000

  • Purchase the premium lot.
  • Remove the trees to the left of the premium lot on the lower left of the scene.
  • Construct a Day Spa next to the Villa which will be partially on the premium lot. Leave enough room on the premium lot for a High-Rise.
  • Remove the statue and trees between the 2 Modern Apartments on the bottom right of the scene.
  • Construct a Pizzeria and Grocery Store between the 2 Modern Apartments on the bottom right of the scene.
  • Remove the fountain and trees between the 2 Modern Apartments on the lower left of the scene and construct a Pizzeria.
  • Construct a Hotel to the left of the square in the center of the scene.
  • Purchase a construction van.
  • Construct a High-Rise on the premium lot on the right of the scene. (There may be a delay in order to accumulate enough money to construct a High-Rise.)
  • Remove the brush on the bottom middle of the scene to reveal another premium lot.
  • Construct another High-Rise on the bottom middle premium lot.
  • Construct another High-Rise to the left of the Hotel OR purchase additional properties.
  • Upgrade the High-Rises to one-star each or purchase additional properties until rental goal is achieved.

LEVEL 26:
Goals: Casino ($200,000 and 6 construction vans); Run a Poker Tournament; $1,000,000 in your bank account
Expert Time: 25 Days

  • Construct a road below the Modern Apartments on the top right of the scene.
  • Construct a Day Spa and a Hotel below the road across from the Modern Apartments.

  • Remove 3 sections of road in the upper right of the scene and construct a Pizzeria.
  • Purchase a construction van.
  • Construct a High-Rise in the middle square left of the Day Spa.
  • Upgrade the Headquarters and purchase another construction van.
  • Upgrade the High-Rise and the Modern Apartment 1-2 times.
  • Construct the Casino above the High Rise.
  • Construct another High-Rise next to the Casino.
  • Stop building and upgrading and concentrate on running the commercial specials. You may need to run 2 Poker Tournaments in order to reach $1,000,000 and/or you can sell properties to reach the $1,000,000 goal.

  • This level can be somewhat challenging in order to achieve the expert time.
  • Purchase a construction van.
  • Construct a High-Rise directly above the Headquarters.
  • Remove the palm tree, bush and statue between the 2 Modern Apartments and construct a Pizzeria.
  • Remove the right lane of the road next to the Headquarters.
  • Construct a Hotel to the right of the High-Rise.
  • Construct a Villa to the right of the Hotel.
  • Remove the middle road going north and south and construct another Villa to the right of the previous Villa.
  • Construct a third Villa to the right of the previous Villa.
  • Construct a High-Rise to the left of the middle High-Rise.
  • Upgrade the Headquarters and purchase 5 construction vans.
  • Start upgrading the 3 Villas and 2 High-Rises to 3 stars.

LEVEL 28:
Goals: Build 3 Monuments; Appearance 250; Daily Income $190,000
Expert Time: 18 Days

  • Purchase a construction van. There is no need to purchase the lots that are for sale.
  • Construct a High-Rise on the premium lot below the Headquarters.
  • Construct a Hotel to the right of the High-Rise above the fountain and sculpture.
  • Connect the road below the Standard Apartments on the top left of the scene.
  • Construct a Pizzeria below the Standard Apartments.
  • Upgrade the High-Rise to 1-star.
  • Construct another Pizzeria in the lower right of the scene to the right of a High-Rise.
  • Construct another High-Rise on the premium lot next to the previously built High-Rise.
  • Upgrade the other High-Rise to 1-star.
  • Upgrade the Headquarters and purchase 1 construction van.
  • Construct a Casino below the Standard Apartments. You should receive about $63,000 in rent for the Casino, which should give you the rental goal.
  • Place decorations until you reach an appearance of 250. Should you keep all the decorations already given at the beginning of the game and add 7 monuments, it should give you an appearance of 260.

LEVEL 29:
Goals: Own 3 three-star High-Rises; Build a Day Spa; Build an Opera House; Daily Income $195,000
Expert Time: 24 Days

  • Option to invest in the Stock Exchange without constructing the building is available.
  • Remove the Palm Trees and road in the middle of the scene. Reconnect the roads as shown in the screenshot. There are several places where the roads have been reconnected and changed.
  • Build a Day Spa next to the Standard Apartments.
  • Remove the swimming pool, palm tree and bush to the right of the Standard Apartment along with part of the road. Construct a Hotel in the space that is now available.
  • Purchase a construction van.
  • Construct the first High Rise to the left of the bottom Standard Apartment.
  • Construct 2 more High-Rises along the bottom of the scene.
  • Construct the Opera House above the High-Rises.
  • Upgrade the High-Rises to 3-stars each. You may want to upgrade the Headquarters and purchase additional vans while the opera house is being constructed to expedite upgrading the High-Rises.

LEVEL 30:

Expert Time: 30 Days

  • Option to invest in the Stock Exchange is available without constructing the building.
  • Three 3-star High Rises on premium lots and Three 3-star Modern Apartments will give you plenty of rental income when included with some commercial properties.
  • Construct a Modern Apartment to the left of the Stock Exchange.
  • Remove 2 Palm Trees, the swimming pool and a bush in the central to make room for buildings.
  • Re-route the road to make the most out of the center area of the scene. See screenshot.
  • Construct another Modern Apartment to the right of the Headquarters.
  • Construct a Pizzeria between the Modern Apartments.
  • Remove the palm trees and bushes between the top 2 Villas and construct a Hotel.
  • Construct another Modern Apartment in the central area.
  • Purchase another construction van.
  • Construct 2 High-Rises on the top Premium lots.
  • Purchase at least 1 additional premium lot on the bottom left of the scene. It's best to also purchase one Villa between the premium lots on the left and demolish and build a commercial building.
  • Upgrade the Headquarters and purchase additional construction vans.
  • Build a High-Rise on one of the bottom left lots as soon as it becomes available.
  • Upgrade all the High-Rises and Modern Apartments to 3-stars.

  • Plan on where you'll want to put additional roads on this level, otherwise you options will be limited. See screenshot for one solution.
  • Purchase a van and construct a High-Rise above the headquarters.
  • Construct a Pizzeria above the Modern Apartment on the left side of the scene.
  • Construct a Hotel above the Modern Apartment.
  • Construct a Day Spa to the right of the High-Rise on the top left of the scene. (you'll need to build a road)
  • Build a road on the far right side of the scene going north.
  • Construct a High-Rise on the top right of the scene.
  • Upgrade the Headquarters and purchase additional vans.
  • Build a Pizzeria and a Hotel above Modern Apartments on the right side.
  • Build a Casino to the right of the Museum building site.
  • Purchase the Museum and assign vans to the construction.
  • Upgrade the Headquarters completely, purchase additional vans and assign the maximum number of vans to the Museum.
  • Remove a portion of the road, brush and trees to the right of the headquarters and build a stock exchange.
  • Invest money in the stock exchange when favorable while running the specials on the commercial buildings.
  • Purchase a dinosaur model.

  • You'll need to purchase a minimum of 1 additional residential property in order to meet the daily income goal.
  • Purchase a construction van.
  • Remove the pool and the other items to the left of the Modern Apartment that is near the center of the scene. (See screenshot).
  • Construct an Opera House to the left of the center Modern Apartment.
  • Construct a Hotel and a Pizzeria to the left of the Opera House.
  • Construct 3 Villas along the top of the scene.
  • Remove the trees and pool in the bottom right area of the scene.
  • Remove the trees and shrubs on the left of the High-Rise on the right side of the scene and construct a road and a hotel.
  • Construct 3 Villas along the lower right of the scene while upgrading the headquarters and purchasing additional vans.
  • Purchase 1-2 residences as they become available and affordable.
  • Start upgrading all 6 Villas to 3-stars quickly.
  • You may want to build a road and a grocery store near the bottom right of the scene. You won't need to negotiate rent if you keep upgrading the Villas without much delay.

  • Construct a Hotel in the rectangular square between the High-Rises on the far right of the scene.
  • Construct a Day Spa in the open square area on the left of scene to the left of the Headquarters.
  • Remove the small park and bush to the left of the sculpture on the left of the scene and construct a Pizzeria.
  • Purchase a van.
  • Construct a High Rise on the premium lot on the bottom center of the scene.
  • Remove the 6 square areas in the middle of the scene with the large tree.
  • Construct a High-Rise above the Headquarters and build a road to the right of the High-Rise.
  • Construct another High-Rise above the last constructed High-Rise.
  • Purchase additional properties when available.
  • Construct another High-Rise in the lower left of the scene. You'll need to build a road to reach it.
  • Decorate the scene with 1-2 large fountains along with monuments. The higher the price the decoration, the more appearance points it's worth.

  • Purchase a construction van.
  • Construct a High-Rise in the upper right of the scene.
  • Purchase the premium lot for sale. You'll need to purchase a villa on a premium lot later.
  • Construct a hotel below and a little to the left of the just constructed high-rise.
  • Remove portions of the road on the top left so another High-rise will fit onto the premium lot (see screenshot).
  • Construct another High-rise in the upper left of the scene.
  • Construct a Pizzeria left of the modern apartment on the top left.
  • Construct another high-rise on the premium lot on the left of the scene.
  • Purchase a Villa on a premium lot when it becomes available.
  • Upgrade the High-Rises and purchase and/or build additional commercial or residential properties until the rental goal has been achieved. I like to construct a casino as it can bring a rental income over $60,000.

Expert Time: 35 Days

  • Concentrate on building in the lower left of the scene except for the Stock Exchange and Casino. Construct around 4 High-Rises in that area and only purchase 1-2 properties. Build plenty of commercial properties.
  • Connect the roads leading west and south.
  • Purchase a van.
  • Construct a High-Rise in the lower right of the scene.
  • Construct a Hotel and a Pizzeria above the High-rise.
  • Demolish the pool next to the headquarters and build a Stock Exchange. Invest in the exchange when favorable.
  • Construct 2 More High-Rises in the lower left of the scene.
  • Construct a Day Spa.
  • Upgrade the headquarters and purchase 1-3 vans.
  • Construct a Casino next to the Stock Exchange.
  • Purchase one of the properties in the lower left, demolish and build another High-Rise.
  • Upgrade all the High-Rises to 3-stars.
  • On day 31 put 3-4 High-Rises up for sale for $600,000 ea.

  • You only need 2 High-Rises upgraded to three-stars plus the Day Spa, Opera House and Casino in order to make the Daily Income Goal.
  • Connect the road under the Headquarters leading west.
  • Remove the tree and the statue on the left of the headquarters while purchasing a van.
  • Construct the Opera House to the left of the Headquarters.
  • Connect the road along the top.
  • Purchase 1 of the town homes, when available connect a road to it if desired as it will be demolished for the Casino.
  • Construct a Pizzeria on the far left middle section and the Day Spa between the Opera House and the Pizzeria.
  • Clear 2-3 of the premium lots.
  • Upgrade the Headquarters and purchase another van.
  • Construct 2 High-Rises.
  • Demolish the town home and trees around the townhome and build a Casino.
  • Upgrade the High-Rises and/or build or purchase additional properties until the rental goal is achieved.

  • The randomness of which properties come up for sale at different times can be a major factor in completing this level in expert time.
  • Construct a Modern Apartment to the left of the large fountain.
  • Clear the area in the middle of all decorations and remove the top portion of the double lane road under the Headquarters to make room for construction. You'll need to leave a little of the double lane road to access the Headquarters. See Screenshot.
  • Construct a Modern Apartment in the lower right corner near the Headquarters.
  • Construct a Hotel to the left of the headquarters.
  • Upgrade the Headquarters and purchase 1-3 additional vans.
  • Construct an opera house north of the headquarters.
  • Construct a Modern Apartment in the empty square.
  • Start upgrading the Modern Apartments while purchasing additional properties to build Modern Apartments.
  • Clear the area in the middle on the left and construct a Casino.
  • Upgrade the 6 Modern Apartments to 3 stars each and purchase additional properties to meet rental goal.

  • Since there is already a large population in this scene, it's best to start building commercial buildings first and purchase the rental properties.
  • Purchase a van.
  • Construct an Opera House in the lower left corner of the open area on the right side of the scene.
  • Construct a Hotel above the Opera House. Keep the rest of the open area available for a Casino.
  • Remove the fountain, tree and bush to the left of the headquarters and construct a Pizzeria.
  • Construct a Day Spa in the lower right of the clear area on the left side. Leave the rest of this area clear for a Casino.
  • Upgrade the headquarters and purchase a van.
  • Construct one Casino in the open area.
  • You can clear the brush area above the headquarters and build High-Rises or purchase residential properties to meet daily income goal.
  • DO NOT RUN A POKER TOURNAMENT AT A CASINO UNTIL YOU CAN DO BOTH CASINOS AT THE SAME TIME.

LEVEL 39: (Sandbox San Tias unlocked after completion)
Goals: Own 3 Standard Apartments; Own 3 Modern Apartments; Own 3 High-Rises; Daily Income $300,000.
Expert Time: 25 Days

  • Look at that scene! It's already full...well almost. See screenshot for ideas on how to make space for building. Many of the buildings will need to be purchased. Since the game randomly sells different properties when the level is played, it's difficult to give step by step instructions.
  • Remove the square to the right of the headquarters and construct a Day Spa.
  • Construct a Hotel in the clear rectangular area on the left.
  • Place 2 Pizzerias in the empty squares on the bottom right of the scene.
  • Remove the row of Palm trees above the Villas in the middle of the scene.
  • Remove the brush along the top right of the scene.
  • Remove the top row and replace it with a road one square down.
  • Purchase properties as you can afford them.
  • Construct the buildings along the top of the scene to meet the goals with the properties you purchased.
  • The decorations under the villas in the center can be removed along with portions of the roads and residences can be constructed in that area also.
  • The large fountain in the top left can be removed and a property can be built there also.

LEVEL 40:
Goals: Build a Skyscraper ($250,000)
Expert Time: 25 Days

  • There is really no need to purchase any properties, just build commercial properties in strategic places and you'll be able to achieve expert time.
  • Purchase a van.
  • Construct an Opera House in the clear area on the top between the 2 Modern Apartments.
  • Construct a Day Spa in the upper right of the scene behind the High-Rise.
  • Construct a hotel in one of the open areas on the left side of the scene.
  • You can also build a couple of Pizzerias where there is good attendance.
  • Wait a little while until you have $250,000, then start construction on the Skyscraper.
  • Upgrade the headquarters until upgraded completely, purchase additional vans and assign to the Skyscraper as you can afford them.
  • CONGRATULATIONS...YOU BEAT THE GAME!
