Opening Story:

In Myths of the World Chinese Healer, you are Daiyu, a healer of legend, who has been called to the royal palace to save the son of the emperor, Jinhai, from a mysterious illness. It doesn't take you long to discover that there's more to his symptoms than just an unexplained illness. He's been poisoned and now the would be killer sees you as a threat that must be eliminated. General Tips for Myths of the World Chinese Healer

Difficulty - Three modes: Casual, Challenging, and Insane. In Casual Mode, sparkles will indicate active areas, there are no penalties for misclicks, and the hint and skip buttons charge at a fast pace. In Challenging Mode, there are no sparkles, there are penalties for misclicks, and the hint and skip buttons charge at a slower pace. In Insane Mode, there are no sparkles, no hint and skip buttons, and there are penalties for misclicks.

Hand - When your cursor turns into a hand, it means you can pick up an object or interact with it in some way.

Magnifying Glass - When your cursor turns into a magnifying glass, it means you can zoom in and take a closer look on an area

Chat Bubble - When your cursor turns into a chat bubble, it means you can talk with a character.

Diary - Your diary can be found in the lower left hand corner of your screen. Game notes and observations that you make throughout the adventure can be found here.

Inventory -  Your inventory can be found at the bottom of your screen. Click the padlock in the right hand corner to toggle locking it in place.

Hints -  The hint button is found in the lower right-hand corner of your screen. Click here if you're stuck. Just remember, the button takes time to charge before you can use it again.

Menu -  The menu button is located at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.

Hidden Object Scenes - Hidden object scenes will sparkle. Items in yellow will require an extra step in order to find them. If you don't feel like find hidden objects, you have the option to play mahjong. Just click on the tile in the bottom left hand corner to play.

Navigation Arrow - When your cursor turns into an arrow, it means you can move in that direction.

Mini-games - During mini-games, if you can't figure out the puzzle or don't feel like trying to solve it, you can click the skip button that's located in the bottom right hand corner as soon as it charges. If you need instructions, click on the question mark in the top right hand corner.

Map - To access the map, click on the compass located in the bottom left of your screen. Click an area to fast travel to a location.

Gears - When your cursor turns into gears, it means you can use an item there.

Healers Kit - At times during the game, you will need to use your healer's kit to put together a recipe. Click on the kit in the bottom left hand corner of your screen. Then place the ingredient necessary to complete the recipe on the stand on the left.

Cranes - There are 41 Cranes for you to collect as you play.
