At the level where the turtles firs...
At the level where the turtles first show up i can't finish because i can't upgrade the fort , it says i need to repair but i think it's repaired yet.

I am having the same problem!!! I have all the buildings - kicked butt and still can't upgrade the fort. I would love some help!!! |

Send the workers to fix the fort like you would send them to start mining when it's fixed then you can upgrade. |

best to restart the level.. follow the queen's instructions accordingly... |
