Still can't get the water.

Ok so I made one of the villagers both adept builder and adept scientist but i have no clue where I have to put the villager in order to make the water go the right way. Help? :\ |

there is a flat rock on the beach where the water used to pour before the stream was unblocked. Drop your adept builder/scientist on top of this rock and they will pick it up. the stream must be unblocked and flowing around the tree, I assume you did this already. |
