Fish scales appear randomly in the little water pool on the right where the fish statue is. I never found all the fish scales when I played the game. |

just keep an eye on the pool near the fish statue ass soon as there a scale take a child to pick it up |

The scales only appear at low tide. You will notice the water is higher some of the time...dont even bother then. When the water is low, just watch there and 1 will show up |
