Nancy Drew: Trail of the Twister Walkthrough guides you through this adventure game of menacing storms with detailed instructions and screenshots. Choose your playing level of Junior or Senior Detective and discover who may be sabotaging your team of storm chasers. Nancy Drew: Trail of the Twister is a fun mystery game for all ages.

Opening Story: Nancy has been hired by P.J. Krolmeister to investigate a series of equipment meltdowns that have been plaguing the prominent Oklahoma storm research team he sponsors. At stake is a $100 million grant in the upcoming Green Skies storm competition. Can Nancy go undercover, join the team, and solve the mystery? As Nancy Drew, you will have several resources at your disposal. You may click on: the satchel to access your inventory items; the journal to read notes; the clipboard to view tasks (junior version); the phone to place calls; the gear to change any game settings; the folder to load a game; the disc to save; and the power symbol to quit. The phone may also be used to take photos. Access the camera capability from the phone’s menu. Camera allows panning and zooming as needed. Once a photo is snapped, you may save or delete it. It’s a good idea to take photos of evidence for study and analysis at a later time. While driving, the phone icon transforms to a GPS. Use the GPS to view a map of the surrounding streets and areas. The GPS may also be programmed to show different locations. Pa Pennies are an in-game bonus and may be spent on games and snacks. Randomly sparkling areas indicate a Pa Penny may be near. Awards are bestowed by accomplishing certain tasks. Specific requirements for awards are shown at the end of your initial play. Depending on your current game expertise, you may choose either junior or senior detective skill levels. This may make no difference with certain puzzles, as the solution is the same. Other puzzle solutions, however, will vary based on the selected level. For an even more in-depth look at all the game operations, read Nancy’s “How to Be a Detective” Book on her desk at the beginning of game play.
