Gothic Fiction: Dark Saga: Chapter 8: The Dungeon

- Click on the table on the right and get the Book Page.
- Now click on the table on the left and put the RECIPE on the torn one to find you need a plant.
- Next take the fifth PIECE OF PHOTO and the KEY. Picking up the KEY will trigger a portal to open.

Go through the portal to get to the guard room.
- Access the locker and use the KEY on the lock.

Take the TNT, then go back to the school hall.
- Click on the painting on the right wall to start a puzzle.

You have to have all five photo pieces to be able to complete the puzzle.

The other missing pieces are scattered around the room; the screenshot indicates where the pieces are hidden.
- Now put your five pieces on the desk, and then put the painting back together according to the screenshot.
- Leave the painting and inspect the door just to the right of the painting; enter the code 312645.

Go through the door.
- Click on the painting for the fourteenth MYSTIC ENERGY.
- Access the dresser, open the left drawer, and pick up the RIGHT LEG, LEFT HAND, and HAT.

Next open the wardrobe to find the RIGHT HAND, LEFT LEG, and the HEAD.
- Zoom into the frame and put the RIGHT HAND, LEFT LEG, and HEAD on the frame. Next put the HAT on the head.
- Move the limbs around until the door becomes unlocked. Go through the door.

Use the SWORD OF STRENGTH on the monster.

Pull the lever to raise the curtain.
- Click on the podium, take the Book Page, then connect the plug.
- Access the projector, select a slide, and then take the RECIPE.

Go back to the observatory (to get there go to the school, take a left, and then go up the spiral staircase).

Put the four PARTS OF SUN on the device to activate a puzzle.
- Clicking on a sun part will cause dots to appear on the puzzle; choose one of the dots to travel to. Keep moving the sun pieces around until they’re all in one place, like in the screenshot.
- Pick up the Book Page.
- Another puzzle will start as long as the projector light is on.
- Move the beam over the tree roots.
- To solve the puzzle, press on the buttons in the following order: up, left, left, and up.

Go to the water tower, take the elevator, go right, and then forward to return to the witch’s cell.
- Put the PLANT on the table to get the POTION.
- Next, put the TNT, the CLOCK, and the POTION on the table.

Pick up the ANTI-PLANT BOMB.
- Put the RECIPE and then the POTION on the table in the center to get a new POTION.

Return to the theater hall on the first floor of the school.
- Put the ANTI-PLANT BOMB in the bucket and tip it over.

Go forward.
- Click on the heart and use the SWORD OF STRENGHT on the HEART. This will add the HEART to your inventory.
- Take the third CAMEO PIECE.

Go back to the swamp (to the left of the where boy ghost was, through the graveyard, over the wood-plank path).

Click on the left side of the water and use the HALBERD on the log to find the fourth CAMEO PIECE.

Go back to where the boy ghost used to be and put all four cameo pieces on the base of the statue.

Use the POTION in the hole and go down to the dungeon under the pond.

Take the LADDER and the SHOVEL, then go back to the second floor of the school.
- Access the hole in the left wall and put the LADDER out the window.
- Go down the ladder to reach the flaming canyon.

Use the SWORD OF STRENGTH to defeat the monster.
- Pick up the PART OF DISK and the Book Page.
- Click on the door to find the WHEEL.

Open the door and go through to get to the witch’s hut.
- Click on the bed to find another Book Page.
- Click on the painting for the final MYSTIC ENERGY.
- Click on the shelf to get the FLASK.

Leave the hut and go through the portal to reach the sanctuary.

Put the two PARTS OF DISKS in the niche to activate a puzzle.
- Use the arrows on both sides to rotate the disks until the lines from the images on the outer circle are in line with the matching ones in the inner circle. Each time you line a little mask up with its large match click on the little mask to make the big one disappear. See the screenshot for an example.
- Go through the portal and then forward after the ghosts disappear to reach the burial village. Remember this place for later.

Go back to the dungeon under the pond (the entrance is in the base of the statue).

Click on the cart and remove the stones, then add the WHEEL to the cart.
- Use the SWORD OF STRENGTH on the monster, then take the CORRUPTED SPEARHEAD.

Go through the portal and then forward to reach the island.
