- To achieve the negative appeal and complete all the windmills, make sure all windmills are on isolated lots or next to a commercial structure so the positive appeal doesn't spread.
- Build Sawmill
- Sell Manor to get funds
- Use funds to buy properties and build at least 3 Mansions fully upgraded to achieve necessary income.
- Alternate income properties (Mansions or Cabins) with negative appeal properties such as commercial structures or cemeteries. Build at least 2 cemeteries to decrease appeal.
- Reserve commercial lots for income properties to maximize negative appeal.
