Opening Story: 

In Web of Deceit Black Widow, you're just minding your own business sipping a hot cup of tea as you enjoy your long journey by train in  the comfort of your own private compartment, when a young woman barges in and is summarily dragged off by mechanical spiders. Sounds pretty intriguing right? Well things quickly turn from bad to worse, when the train is stopped by a huge gobs of spider web, dark shadows are attacked by swarms of spiders, and everything is leading back to a woman called the Black Widow. General Tips for Playing Web of Deceit Black Widow

Hand Cursor - When your cursor turns into a hand, it means you can pick up an item and add it to your inventory or interact with it in some way.

Inventory - Your inventory can be found at the bottom of the screen. Just hover your mouse over that area to make it appear. If you would like your inventory to stay locked on the screen, just click on the spider at the top of the inventory bar. 

Magnifying Glass Icon - When your cursor turns into a magnifying glass, it means you can zoom in on an area to get a closer look. 

Hidden Object Scenes - Hidden Object Areas will sparkle. Objects in pale yellow are in plain sight. Objects in green are hidden and require and extra step for you to find it. 

Difficulty Settings - There are three difficulty settings in this game, casual, advanced, and hardcore. You can change the level of difficulty during game play by clicking on the menu button and changing the level at the bottom of the pop up screen. 

Hints - Hints are available throughout the game in the lower right corner to give you help when you need it. Click here if you're stuck. Just remember, these take time to charge before you can use it again.  

Journal - Your journal is located in the bottom left hand corner of your screen and will keep track of what's happened in the game so far. You can also go back and watch any of the cut scenes you've seen already. 

Navigation Arrow - This will appear when you are able to move to another screen. Click on it to move.

Map - Your map will show you were you are and allows you to fast travel to any location that you've already visited. 

Skip Button - During puzzles and mini-games, you have the option to skip once it's charged in case you have trouble solving it.
