Can anyone help me in how to procee...

Can anyone help me in how to proceed after herbalist's kitchen? I am done there and when I come back to Nexus ..I dont know how to proceed from there? If I pull lever it shows gems of three colors green , red and orange but i dont have dream gems to make that combination?
