You can use the offer less and low ball options. in order to use the low ball option, there must be 4 other houses or lots for sale at the same time. If you have houses, put them up for sell real fast then click low ball and you will get the house. if you only have three houses to list for sale when a house you want is up for sale, list all three and click offer less. Open lots that you own count. you can put them up for sale and get the same effect. After you get the low ball house, just unlist your property.
