Haris Pilton Quest
This quest has f-ing got me PO-ed. You have three goals; Happiness above 125, 20 buildings or more, and Pop 20 or above. Goal one check (138 currently, could easily go higher), goal two check (I think I have have 30 bldgs), now pop above 20? Settlers stopped moving in at pop 15. I have a completely empty hotel. WTF!? High happiness, all my blds are repaired, I have enough wells for those stupid fires, why aren't they moving in so I can end this stupid quest?

In order to get more than 15 people you have to have a sherriffs office. |
