hi how u can buy enviorment food and advertsing research what level do they actually go up to???

On the on-line version, you can upgrade food once, and I think advertising once. On the full version, they can get upgraded to level 3 each. The first steps on each is not very dramatic, but the second step makes a HUGE difference. Each purchase goes up one level, to a maximum of level 3. |
