I've found the lost manuscript at B...

I've found the lost manuscript at Beatrice's house in Candar, but I can't pick it up, how do I do that? I also couldn't give the teddy bear to Row. What's going on?

02/13/2008 		You can't get the manuscript until Beatrice leaves the house for her book signing. I had to leave and come back after I had done some other things in the journal first.
