Have been unable to get to the thir...

Have been unable to get to the third level in the center world and the third level in the roof top world. how do I get to these places? Only have one prize left to earn. Thank you!!

02/18/2008 		I am also stuck there. I think I'm going to go back and do every one that I didn't get an expert score on. Maybe that is the key!
