I am happy to announce that one of my favorite games, Youda Survivor, has a sequel! Return to the island where it all began to defeat the pirates who have stolen a sacred talisman.

Both Youda Survivor games have a lot of similarities to the Farm Frenzy series but with a lot less clicking (and I mean a lot!). You feed and water the animals that are available to you; they give you eggs and meat; the trees give you bananas; and you go crazy making all kinds of products to boil into potions; all the while fighting off the occasional incursions of pirates. I just love this kind of game for some ridiculous reason. I knew that Youda Survivor 2 was coming out and replayed the original last month instead of doing something more responsible, like cleaning my house or at least writing another walkthrough! I enjoyed replaying the first one and I liked Youda Survivor 2 even more; the changes that have been made are subtle and only for the better.

One of the many great things about Youda Survivor 2 is the game stands alone; you don't need to play the first one to get the hang of things or get the storyline. In fact, I would actually recommend starting off with this one because there are a few new rituals that are quite useful for gameplay. Then if you absolutely love the game (like I do!), go play the first one.

Go ahead, have a Banana Colada on me!
