Midnight Mysteries: The Edgar Allen Poe Conspiracy Review

My family all loved to sing sad songs and tell stories. My Grandfather was a master of the scary story. He loved to gather all the young Grandkids around and tell us the scariest story he thought we could handle. We got so we knew them by heart and when he got to the really scary parts we would all yell “Don’t say it Grandpa”. But he would anyway and we would all scream then laugh and laugh. What Fun.

What Fun. When I saw Edgar Allen Poe on the game site I thought of Grandpa and I just had to try it. I am glad I did because it is a great game. It is put out by the same people that created the Samantha Swift series. If you liked to play those games you will like this. You have your special tools to look for clues, Mini games and puzzles to solve plus a great story line to go with it. Look for ravens in the scenes with the hidden objects and you get hints to help you along. It really helps when you are first starting out. Some of the scenes are a little dark but we should expect that in a Edgar Allen Poe game, right? If you click wrong too many times a mean cat comes out and scares off the raven for a few seconds. There isn't a time limit for the scenes so you can take your time. I enjoyed playing this game and hope you do too.
