Fate of the Pharaoh Walkthrough

So reality is kind of hitting hard right now as my son Max starts kindergarten in a month. I just can't believe it and I don't know why I'm whining because it's not like he didn't go to preschool or anything! I don't exactly see my days yawning out in front me as there are always plenty of games to play and even "real work," as I like to say, to start back into now that my days are my own.

In any case, here's a little beaut that was released recently. Fate of the Pharaoh is a great new time management game within the same vein as My Kingdom for the Princess or Timebuilders series. If you have paid attention to my blogs you will have noticed that these are my absolute favorite types of games. There have been a few recently that you haven't heard about because I just didn't like them too much but this game was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. It is always nice to have a game with just a little twist to the usual "build the buildings and collect the supplies" missions. In this game, you have an unlimited amount of workers to build and collect taxes and materials, but your house occupants need food and water and will need to be sent to get them or refuse to pay taxes. The storyline is "interesting." The Pharaoh wants to rebuild his nation to its former glory after a devastating war. But they are being observed by some little green men in a spaceship who are trying to decide whether to share their technology with these hard workers. (hmmm, okay). But will they? Only if you are a great builders. Luckily this isn't too weird or too important to the storyline. Overall I thought Fate of the Pharaoh was a great game. There was nothing that drove me nuts within the gameplay and there were several levels that I really had to work at to get the Time of Ra so that I could write you guys a walkthrough. So come on and play the game, give reality the boot for a few hours, and come back here if you need some help with our Fate of the Pharaoh walkthrough.
