7 Gates: The Path to Zamolxes Review

This week I got to try the match 3 game 7 Gates: The Path to Zamolxes. A long time ago, the Dacian people asked their gods to hide away their treasure. Now, years later, your objective in this game is to restore the Temples of the Dacians and return the treasure that was hidden by the Gods.

One tip right off is that you should really read the tutorial before each new round. I was mindlessly playing each round and winning without finding out what tiles I was supposed to look for. However, once I read the tutorial, everything came together. The first thing you notice is that this game uses a hexagon pattern, so you will move the tiles a little differently than most match 3 games. The graphics in this game are excellent, so you will have no trouble seeing the board. Each level is more challenging than the last. There are a total of seven temples, and each temple has 12 games, so there is lots of playtime fun loaded in this game. You will be unlocking tiles, breaking chains, unfreezing tiles, and much more on each level. There are also pieces of an amulet that must be removed before you win some of the games. The amulet pieces are not very dark though, so keep your eye out for those. I only played the trial version of the game, but I had a really good time while it lasted. 7 Gates: The Path to Zamolxes. is a great match 3 game, and it is well worth the money. Hope you will give it a try and let me know what you think!
